At GMA Deals & Steals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
